THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE MIDLANDS REGION OF ENGLAND THE ART OF JAZZ MUSIC BY THE PROVISION OF GRANT FUNDING FOR TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING SPECIFICALLY WITHIN THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT MUSIC SECTOR TO SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF HIGH QUALITY PUBLIC PERFORMANCE.
