Our primary role at Solihull Central Masjid & Community Centre is to provide a dedicated space for Muslims to perform daily prayers, including the congregational Friday prayers known as Jummah. In addition Eid Prayers (twice a year) and Taraweeh prayers during the month of Ramadan. In addition to our primary role we are also a community centre and an educational & learning centre. W

TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUNNI TRADITION IN SOLIHULL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A MOSQUE. TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SOLIHULL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
