Charitable objects
The objects of the charity are, for the public benefit, in Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, the Liverpool City Region, and the Wirral: a) to preserve and protect mental and emotional health and wellbeing of individuals and families by working collaboratively with commissioners, service providers and other agencies to identify and provide innovative mental health solutions and services to relieve the needs of those experiencing mental health difficulties, in particular those affected by abuse, including but not limited to psychological, physical, sexual, emotional, or economic abuse. b) to relieve poverty, financial hardship and social disadvantage among individuals and families experiencing mental health difficulties or crisis, by providing access to essential support, including but not limited to food, clothing, crisis intervention services, and other community-based resources.
