We offer wellbeing support groups and activities with the aim of providing all people with a foundation of good health especially as it relates to emotional and mental wellbeing. Our focus is on creating community and empowering and teaching people how to have impactful and meaningful connections as a precursor to good health. We make awards and grants to individuals and organisations.
