TO PROVIDE CARE ACCOMODATION FOSTERING AND VETERINARY SERVICES WITHIN THE AREA OF NORTH WALES FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND PROTECTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS MALTREATMENT AND ABANDONMENT AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE CARE AND WELFARE OF ANIMALS.
