Pathfinders UK seeks to empower young people to achieve whilst building confidence and resilience. The organisation is built on four pillars of Fun, Friendship, Opportunity and Resilience. The young people follow the SAFES system of education to gain awards and qualifications, building into employability and creating brighter futures.

Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 5 AND 25 YEARS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY: 1. PROVIDING OUTDOOR EDUCATION ALONGSIDE PROVIDING FUN, FRIENDSHIP, OPPORTUNITY AND RESILIENCE. 2. PROVIDING THEIR EDUCATION INCLUDING THE STUDY OF FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS, IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT EDUCATION OR TO PREPARE FOR ENTRY TO ANY OCCUPATION, TRADE OR PROFESSION ON LEAVING ANY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. 3. ASSIST IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE ADVANCING EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS BY DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES.
