To relieve sickness and to preserve the health of the patients of the Long Crendon Surgery at Greenings, Buckinghamshire by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and services not normally provided by the statutory authorities . To provide financial and other assistance to any other organisation to ensure the success of the Wellbeing Centre.
