TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF ROCHDALE BY: 3.1 PROVIDING A PLACE (MOSQUE) FOR MUSLIM CONGREGATIONAL PRAYERS, FIVE TIMES DAILY LED BY AN IMAM (PRIEST); 3.2 TO PROVIDE A PLACE (MOSQUE) FOR THE WEEKLY FRIDAY PRAYER (JUMMA), A SPECIAL CONGREGATION LED BY AN IMAM WHO WILL ALSO READ THE FRIDAY SERMONS; 3.3 TO PROVIDE A PLACE (MOSQUE) FOR THE TWO EID PRAYERS, SPECIAL ANNUAL CONGREGATIONS LED BY AN IMAM WHO WILL ALSO READ THE EID SERMONS; 3.4 TO PROVIDE ISLAMIC EDUCATION TO CHILDREN (FROM THE AGE OF 5 TO 15); 3.5 TO PROVIDE CONTINUING ISLAMIC EDUCATION TO ADULTS THROUGH SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES; 3.6 TO PROVIDE AN IMAM FOR SOLEMNIZING THE MUSLIM MARRIAGE AND ISSUING OF A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE; AND 3.7 TO PROVIDE A MORTUARY SERVICE.
