TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CARNO VILLAGE AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
