C) TO PROVIDE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF KALRI, KASHMIR WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE, OR CATASTROPHE IN PARTICULAR BY THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AID TO SUCH PERSONS.
