PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF GENERAL PUBLIC AMENITY OR HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST ALONG THE COASTLINE OF THE GLAMORGAN HERITAGE COAST, PROVIDED THAT THE WORKS OF THE SOCIETY ARE LIMITED TO LAND OVER WHICH PUBLIC ACCESS IS ASSURED.
