THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR DISADVANTAGED WOMEN IN THE UK, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MEANS OF PSYCHOTHERAPY, COUNSELLING, COMPLEMENTARY HEALTH TREATMENTS AND ADVOCACY SERVICES. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE, 'DISADVANTAGED' MEANS LACKING THE INDEPENDENT CAPACITY TO OBTAIN THESE SERVICES DUE TO POVERTY, ETHNICITY, LEARNING DISABILITY OR SIMILAR CONSTRAINT.
