(2) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SKIPTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATING IN (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) FOOTBALL AND CRICKET.
