THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OF PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS AND THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS IN FOREST GATE, LONDON, AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF MATTRESSES AND BLANKETS AND SUPPORTING THE PROVISION OF SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION AND SHELTER AND THROUGH SUPPORTING THE PROVISION OF COACHING AND APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING.
