TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE THE PARTICIPATION OF DISABLED AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS BEING INHABITANTS OF RUGBY AND ITS ENVIRONS IN SPORTING ACTIVITIES OF ALL KINDS BOTH COMPETITIVELY AND SOCIALLY.
