Charitable objects
2.1 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE THE PROMOTION AND/OR ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT OR APPROPRIATE. 2.2 THE OBJECTS ARE TO BE FURTHERED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND/OR ORGANISATIONS WHERE APPROPRIATE INCLUDING, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO BE USED, INTER ALIA, FOR THE PURPOSES OF: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT GENERALLY OF THE GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH AND COMMUNITY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM; (B) THE EDUCATION OF, AND TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO, PRIESTS AND CLERGYMEN PRACTISING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM; (C) THE UPKEEP, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF CHURCHES, CATHEDRALS AND OTHER PLACES OF WORSHIP WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ANY OTHER FAITH ORGANISATIONS WITH CONNECTIONS TO OR ASSOCIATIONS WITH GREECE AND/OR CYPRUS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, WHO ARE IN NEED OF FUNDING FOR OPERATIONAL PURPOSES; (D) PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS; (E) PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AND FUNDING, PART OR IN FULL, OF VULNERABLE FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE IN NEED OF MEDICAL INVESTIGATIONS, DIAGNOSIS AND/OR TREATMENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHERE SUCH INVESTIGATIONS, DIAGNOSIS AND/OR TREATMENT IS OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE TO THEM AND/OR UNAFFORDABLE; (F) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; AND (G) GENERALLY FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT, WITHOUT LIMITATION AS TO ANY FAITH, AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
