TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA BOUNDED BY CORPORATION STREET FROM ITS JUNCTION WITH LONG STREET, TO CALDMORE GREEN, WEST BROMWICH STREET, DELVES ROAD, THE BROADWAY TO THE GOLF CLUB ACROSS TO WALSTEAD ROAD, AT THE CANAL. WALSTEAD ROAD TO THE BOROUGH BOUNDARY. THE BOROUGH BOUNDARY TO THE MOTORWAY INTERSECTION OF JUNCTION 9 ALONG THE RAILWAY LINE TO CORPORATION STREET, AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
