PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR STUDYING HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE, AND OTHER SUBJECTS TO PREPARE FOR ENTRY TO ANY OCCUPATION B. BY AWARDING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS TO ENABLE THEM TO STUDY C. BY AWARDING GRANTS TO CHARITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST THOSE FROM ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS, REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS (FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE ‘ETHNIC MINORITIES’ REFER TO ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO BELONGS TO AN ETHNIC GROUP THAT MAKES UP A RELATIVELY SMALL PART OF THE POPULATION) 2.
