THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO (THE “OBJECTS”) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF NEED OF THOSE PEOPLE HELD WITHIN HMP WANDSWORTH BY PROVIDING RESOURCES, SUPPORT, ACTIVITIES AND OTHER SUCH ITEMS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SEE FIT IN ORDER TO MEET A BASIC STANDARD OF LIVING.
