THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FACILITIES FOR YOUNG UNEMPLOYED OR DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AREA (AND IN PARTICULAR WINSON GREEN, ROTTEN PARK AND HANDSWORTH AREAS OF BIRMINGHAM) AND TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE SAID AREA.
