TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THOSE PEOPLE IN BUNGAY AND SURROUNDING VILLAGES IN A 6-MILE RADIUS IN EAST SUFFOLK AND SOUTH NORFOLK WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE, BY MEANS OF PRACTICAL SERVICES, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE, AND BY ASSISTING AND CO-ORDINATING WITH VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS INCLUDING THE LOCAL AUTHORITY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL SERVICES.
