TP PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMUNITY OF RUDBAXTON AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITONS OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
