TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE AFRO CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. THE OBJECTS SHALL BE CARRIED OUT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING GRANTS, INFORMATION AND OTHER FORMS OF ASSISTANCE
