A)THE ADVANCEMENT,BOTH WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS,OF THE UNIVERSITY OF LIVERPOOL AND IN PARTICULAR THE INTERESTS OF THE FACULTY OF MEDICINE,BY PROVIDING MEANS WHEREBY THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE LIFE AND WORK OF THE LIVERPOOL MEDICAL SCHOOL IN SUCH MANNER WHICH IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND WHICH MAY BE CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE. B)THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY,THE FACULTY OF MEDICINE AND ITS MEMBERS AND MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION
