FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL ILL HEALTH IN WALKDEN AND LITTLE HULTON THROUGH: A) THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES TO ENGAGE IN ARTS BASED ACTIVITIES/PROGRAMMES; B) PROVIDING EDUCATION AND SUPPORT IN LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT.
