THE PROMOTION OF MENTAL HEALTH WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE FIRSTLY TO THE NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS OF PATIENTS CURRENTLY RECEIVING TREATMENT FROM THE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES OPERATING WITHIN THE AREA OF WEST MIDLANDS REGIONAL HEALTH AUTHORITY AND SECONDLY THE CONTINUING HELP AND SUPPORT NECESSARY TO BE GIVEN TO FORMER PATIENTS WITHIN THE SAID AREA.
