We conserve, protect, manage and improve the physical and natural environment of land at Carvinick in the Parish of St Goran, Cornwall. This is an environmentally conscious project managed to promote ecology, lifelong learning and community health and wellbeing. We provide free access and enable benefit to wildlife, community use, food production and support heritage activities.

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (1)TO CONSERVE, PROTECT, MANAGE AND IMPROVE THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF LAND AT CARVINICK AND ELSEWHERE IN THE PARISH OF ST GORAN, CORNWALL (?CARVINICK?) IN PARTICULAR BY FOLLOWING GOOD ECOLOGICAL PRACTICE TO CREATE WOODLAND AND OTHER HABITATS. (2)TO PROVIDE AT CARVINICK ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ST GORAN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
