Charitable objects
(A) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING FOR MONK FRYSTON CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THAT SCHOOL. (B) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION, OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISHES OF MONK FRYSTON, HILLAM AND BURTON SALMON IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
