TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF COPELAND AND WITHOUT DINTINCTION OG SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE OCNDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
