THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONGST CATS AND DOGS BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD SHELTER AND VETERINARY TREATMENT FOR SUCH ANIMALS THAT ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND PROTECTION AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH MATTERS.
