6.1 THE CHARITY'S OBJECT ('THE OBJECT') WHICH IS TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH WORLDWIDE THROUGH (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH):- 6.1.1 PROMOTING MATURE CHRISTIANS AND EFFECTIVE CHRISTIANITY IN THE ARMED FORCES WORLDWIDE; AND 6.1.2 PROMOTING MATURE AND EFFECTIVE MILITARY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIPS AND CHAPLAINCIES THAT FOLLOW CHRISTIAN TEACHING IN PARTICULAR WITH REGARD TO THE PROFESSION OF ARMS TO ENCOURAGE AND EQUIP MEN AND WOMEN IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE WORLD TO BE EFFECTIVE CHRISTIAN DISCIPLES AT WORK AND AT HOME.
