THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN MAKING GRANTS TO PERSONS WHO NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND A SCHOOL OR COLLEGE OF ART, OR ART CLASSES, OR OTHERWISE TO PURSUE THE SUTDY OF ART.
