1. PROVIDING EDUCATION AND COURSES OF STUDY, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS AND SCHOOL LEADERS, NON-TEACHING STAFF AND TRAINEE TEACHERS;
2. PROMOTING RESEARCH AND LEARNING INTO BEST PRACTICE IN THE DELIVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TEACHER, NON-TEACHING STAFF AND TRAINEE TEACHER TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.
