TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN AN AREA BORDERED BY THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF NORTH YORKSHIRE IN THE NORTH, THE A19 IN THE WEST, SOUTH TO THE CLEVELAND TONTINE EAST-NORTH -EAST TO ENCOMPASS SEAVE GREEN, CHOP GATE AND URRA,NORTH TO KILDALE AND IN PARTICULAR, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY DISTRESS AND SICKNESS.
