TO SUPPORT CHILDREN (3 - 18), THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TOWARDS THE COST OF TUITION/SCHOOLING, SCHOLARSHIPS, EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, AND OR RESOURCES IV.
