THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 3.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE AMATEUR SPORT OF BASKETBALL FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: (A) THE PROVISION OF, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF, FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF BASKETBALL; (B) THE PROVISION OF, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF, FACILITIES TO GAIN QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE IN BASKETBALL IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ROLES: (I) COACH; (II) REFEREE; (III) TABLE OFFICIAL; 3.2 THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF, FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF BASKETBALL; 3.3 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SEE FIT.
