THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PARENTS/CARERS OF CHILDREN AGED UP TO 4 YEARS LIVING IN THE TEES VALLEY REGION, BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ENABLE THEM TO ACCESS CHILDCARE THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD.
