Charitable objects
2. OBJECTS 2.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO: TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 16 TO 25, WHO ARE IN, HAVE RECENTLY LEFT OR ARE IN THE PROCESS OF LEAVING THE PUBLIC CARE SYSTEM IN ENGLAND AND WALES, OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE VULNERABLE, BY PROVIDING SERVICES, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: (A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; (B) RELIEVING POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION; (C) ADVANCING EDUCATION; (D) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT; (E) PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF FREE COUNSELLING AND COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY TREATMENT.
