TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND SCIENCES AND IN PARTICULAR THE ARTS AND SCIENCES OF MUSIC, OPERA, BALLET, DRAMA, FILMS, LITERATURE, PAINTING, DRAWING AND SCULPTURE BY THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS, PERFORMANCES, ART EXHIBITIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DURING FESTIVAL PERIODS AND AT OTHER TIMES AS OCCASIONS ARISE.
