THE OBJECTS ARE:
TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA, AND THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES, IN THE COMMUNITY OF SWANSEA AND ACROSS WALES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION, INFORMATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.
