TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WHO ARE EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
