Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS. THE CHARITY AIMS TO SUPPORT SITUATIONS IN WHICH INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES CAN BE EMPOWERED THROUGH THEIR OWN EFFORTS AND ENTERPRISE, THEREBY AFFORDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT AT THE INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY LEVEL. SUCH PURPOSES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: EDUCATION PROMOTING EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) INCLUDING BY: 1. AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION. 2. PROVIDING EDUCATION (INCLUDING THE STUDY OF MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS), TO UNDERTAKE TRAVEL IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT EDUCATION OR TO PREPARE FOR ENTRY TO ANY OCCUPATION, TRADE OR PROFESSION ON LEAVING ANY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. RELIEF OF POVERTY THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT. RELIEF OF SICKNESS THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH. ASSISTING IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS OR FACILITIES FOR WORK AND RECREATION. YOUNG PEOPLE ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: 1. THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; 2. PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. ENVIRONMENT THE PROMOTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
