BENEFIT PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF CLEVELAND WHO ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- (I) BY RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED POVERTY AMONGST SUCH PERSONS. (II) BY THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION. (III) BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AS THE COMPANY THINKS FIT FOR SUCH OF THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED AND WHO ARE PREPARING FOR, ENTERING UPON, OR ENGAGED IN ANY PROFESSION, TRADE OR OCCUPATION, OR SERVICE BY PROVIDING THEM WITH SUCH MEANS FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR OWN LIVING.
