SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FROM TIME TO TIME AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT. 'LEGION D'HONNEUR' MEANS THE HIGHEST FRENCH DECORATION PRESENTED ON BEHALF OF THE FRENCH HEAD OF STATE.
