Charitable objects
(I) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY. SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG THOSE INFECTED WITH HIV AND THOSE PERSONS GENERALLY WHO HAVE CONTRACTED ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME RELATED DISEASES OR AFFECTED BY AIDS OR RELATED CONDITIONS. (II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH IN ALL MATTERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE AFFECTS OF THE HIV INFECTION AND AIDS AND THE PREVENTION THEREOF AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
