Charitable objects
(I) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING HARTSHEAD MOOR SPECIAL SCHOOL, CLECKHEATON, BY THE PROVISION, OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION, OF A MINIBUS, AND ITS MAINTENANCE, WITH THE OBJECT OF FURTHERING THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SCHOOL. (II) THE RELIEF OF THE AGED AND THE DISABLED IN THE AREA OF KIRKLEES, BY PERMITTING LOCAL ORGANISATIONS FOR THE RELIEF OF SUCH PERSONS TO USE THE MINIBUS, BY REQUEST, FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
