THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE DIAGNOSED WITH LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS BY PROVIDING A MUTUAL SUPPORT AND INFORMATION EXCHANGE TO RAISE AWARENESS OF THEIR PROBLEMS WITH HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT (CORNWALL).
