Activities - how the charity spends its money
We offer support in everyday life for Ukrainian refugee families in the Hart and Rushmoor area by helping them rebuild their lives; to provide them with a comfortable and safe environment while they are in the UK. Our priority is to help these families settle and integrate into our welcoming community as quickly as possible.

Charitable objects
THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF UKRAINIAN REFUGEES IN THE FARNBOROUGH AND FLEET AREA:- A) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; B) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADVICE ON HOW TO ACCESS HEALTH SERVICES; C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN NEED THEREOF SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST IN THEIR REHABILITATION WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY; AND D) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
