THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PAY OR APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME HELD BY THE CIO FOR, OR TOWARDS THE ADVANCEMENT OF, THE CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND HOLIDAYS AT SUCH TIME AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
