Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG FAMILIES WITH SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN THE MIDLANDS BY THE PROVISION OF FREE SCHOOL UNIFORM, COATS, SHOES AND EXTRACURRICULAR UNIFORM TO FAMILIES AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. THE ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OR IMPROVEMENT BY THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROMOTION OF WASTE REDUCTION, RE-USE RECLAMATION, RECYCLING, USE OF RECYCLED PRODUCTS AND THE USE OF SURPLUS ASSOCIATED WITH SCHOOL UNIFORM AND ASSOCIATED ITEMS.
